Due to the nature of our products (food/supplements), we cannot accept returns on
opened items for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery at jitu@suvawellness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of mind
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have the right to
cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This applies only to unopened and
unused items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
Returns must be approved before being sent back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment
method within 5–10 working days.
